BMDF Bylaws state: The Board of Directors shall be composed of the president, president-elect, immediate past president, the chairs of standing committees and 3 members-at-large and program chairs as needed. The Executive Director serves as an ex-officio member without vote. Other ex-officio members without vote are: Student Rep, Pastor Advisor, Baptist Nursing Fellowship rep, and a representative of the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
