Membership is open to any physician, dentist, medical or dental student, or other health care professional who desires to associate with the organization because of their commitment to Jesus Christ and who desires to grow spiritually and support the mission of the organization.
To become a member of BMDF:
- Complete and submit the Online Membership Form. (If you'd prefer a paper application for membership, please contact the BMDF office.)
- Pay yearly dues securely use your credit card to begin your membership.

Membership will begin and you will be entered into our database when dues are received.
2008 Yearly Membership Dues:
- Founding Members - $1000
- Sustaining Members - $500
- Basic Dues (Physicians, Dentists) - $200
- Basic Dues (First 2 years in practice) - $100
- Basic Dues (Other Health Professionals & Residents) - $50
- FREE Membership: Active/Retired Missionaries & Students - $0
