In late October, Early November, Randy Oliver, BMDF board member, participated in a mission trip to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Randy writes this was his 5th of 6th time to the Yucatan of Mexico. Randy also writes that he always enjoys working there as the local pastors/missionaries know how to use a medical mission team to its fullest. They always have many coming to Christ, and help/inspire the local church/members and staff to reach their community. On this trip, during a three-day period, the team saw over 250 patients and had an associated afternoon VBS/children’s outreach which saw over 200 in Attendance. Randy plans to take a team from his church next summer (2024) and is praying that they will have some younger healthcare students who might join them.
