Become a member of the Baptist Medical Dental Fellowship and join our efforts to change lives through healthcare to the glory of God.
BMDF has multiple membership opportunities available. Dues are set by the BMDF Board of Directors. Dues are for 12 months from the date of joining.

Baptist Medical Dental Fellowship is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Membership dues and donations are considered deductible as charitable contributions by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Physician, Dentist, Optometrist, Podiatrist, and Veterinarian
Full membership in the organization, with all membership privileges.
Resident/Fellow
Full membership in the organization, with all membership privileges.
Missionary
Contributing Membership
This option welcomes your contribution supporting BMDF.

Advanced Practice Provider, Healthcare Administrator, Nursing, OT, Pharmacy, PT, etc.

Citizen of another country and practicing outside of the United States

Friends & Ministry Partner
This includes individuals and organizations not involved in
healthcare, but wishing to support the ministry of BMDF through their partnership. Churches, Ministry organizations, Businesses, etc.
